Four years ago when I was expecting my first child, I did a quick search online for where I could find coupons and savings on baby items and stumbled across quite a few sites where you could register and get free gifts, subscriptions and product samples. The things I found ranged from free children’s books, free diapers, free formula, free subscriptions to magazines and much more. Although I spent a lot of time searching, it proved to be worth the effort and extremely helpful in coping with all of the things you have to stock up on as a new parent.
If you are an expecting parent or a new Mom or Dad, consider this a mini-guide to get started finding free stuff for moms and gifts and toys for babies on the web. Read on to find out where you can go online to get legitimate free stuff for you and your baby.
For example, here is a great gift that I found after some searching. Did you know that every child under 12 months living in the United States is eligible to receive a free ticket to the circus? Just visit the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Baby’s First Circus® program sign-up page. Your free ticket vouchers will arrive in 12 to 14 weeks, and there is a cute memorable certificate that you can download and print out right away.
Although the website name sounds like it does not relate to babies, you can visit the oddball coupon site LaceToLeather.com for links to free baby stuff, free stuff for kids, product samples and more. The cool thing is that they compile offers that don’t require purchases or payment for shipment. Also see Free Baby Stuff at BabiesOnline.com. I had fun with the site as a whole and it really helped to prepare for what I would need as a new mom. There is a great number of free printables and crafts at Mom’s Break.com. As a new mom, I really benefited from my free subscription to American Baby magazine. There are many links to freebies from big companies like Gerber, Pampers, LEGO, and other companies for babies, kids, and parents at Pudgy Bunny’s Free Stuff. More coupons and free products are available at BabyChatter.com.
The Best Place Online to Get Free Stufffor Babies and Expecting Parents
So, out of all these, which is my favorite site? Each has a number of offers to sign up for, some overlap and others are unique to each site. As I mentioned earlier I first began looking for these sites on my own several years ago. Well, some smart folks figured out they could save all of us parents a lot of time by gathering all the top free offers and product samples in one place. At present there is a service that does all the work for you! It’s the best destination for expecting parents and families to obtain evaluation and trial samples of products from top advertisers. You can register for free and start getting free stuff today.
So, if you are an expecting parent or a new Mom or Dad and you are interested in some free stuff for you or your babies start searching on the web to find any free stuff you are interested in and I highly recommend you to visit the free stuff websites referred above and you’ll see that they really help to prepare for what you would need as a new mom or dad.

Promotional items can be used for a number of things: To Increase customer loyalty and employee satisfaction, to create brand awareness, to attract new prospects and advance business development programs, and to complement the use of other media. That is fine and dandy… but let’s focus on the real reason the Promotional Products industry collects over 19 billion dollars in sales annually.
FREEBIES! To put it simply, I have always was fond of getting free stuff and whenever a company gave it to me (depending on the item of course,) I always appreciated that company a little bit more. Look back to the last time you were at your bank and they handed out ice-cream scoops in the summer or fleece blankets in the winter. Or how about at the last baseball game you went to and they played out free bobble head toys or beach towels? Do you still have that item sitting in your closet or on your desk? Or did you give it to a family member? Either way, think about the feeling you experienced when you got that item. I bet you could remember the name of the company who handed you a free toothbrush at a health fair before you could remember the name of a dentistry commercial on television during “Dancing with the Stars.” Whether you are a consumer collecting a “Free Gift with Purchase” or an employee accepting a “Best Customer Service Award,” you will appreciate and like any company that gives you a free item.
But primarily, allow meexplain the term “free item.” A company can’t play out just any item with their brand on it and expect to have amazing results. The promotional products you hand out can say a lot about how you view your clients and staff. If you give your loyal customer of 10 years a cheap cardboard frame that reads “Thanks a Million,” don’t expect them to be jumping for joy. It is a fact that they would feel more appreciated with an item that seemed to be of value in this situation. For example, a Stainless Steel picture frame would allow them to put their own photos inside, and include a constant reminder on their desk of the company who thinks that they are worth something. The trick that I like to focus on with my clients, especially in helping them find appreciation gifts are “High Perceived Value,” which are items that prove to be more valuable yet are extremely cost effective. These items are rare and the best way to find them is usually through a promo products distributor that digs up special deals on the expensive items.
The goal for your giveaways should be to stay in front of your recipient’s view for as long and as frequently as possible. The longer your logo and your message stay in front of your prospects…the more effective your marketing program will be. Therefore, you should use caution when you are searching for the “lowest price” in promotional items. As usual in this industry you get what you pay for and it shows through to your recipients. Cheap (as in monetarily-cheap and cheap-looking) items don’t only look bad, but the item will usually break, the item might have no use to the recipients, and the decoration can scratch off along with your message. Consequently the item ends up in the trash. You have ultimately wasted more money by spending less on your promo items because your $0.47 item is in the trash and the Burger King wrapper next to it is the only thing looking at your logo.
If you have intention to purchase promotional items anyways, why not go all the wayand choose an item that will help you to arrive at your main goal; to market successfully and increase sales or brand recognition. At present, I realize that companies are cutting marketing and promo item budgets now more than ever… so if you absolutely MUST “bargain shop” for branded items, I HIGHLY suggest you at least find yourself a great promotional products distributor to assist you with finding giveaways that show you in the image you are striving for.
On that note, keep ordering those promotional products because they are definitely working. Everyone likes to obtain free stuff…even if they don’t really want the item proposed as free stuff you’ll still observe people getting in fist fights at a concert over who grabbed the free t-shirt flying off the stage first. Just make sure the free stuff you are giving out as promotional item reflects your company, your employees, and your image.
