Creating Maximum Income Through AdSense

If you are looking to make some extra cash, whether you are a student, a housewife or you are employed with another job, Google AdSense is a sure-fire way to make extra income. With AdSense you simply start an account with Google AdSense and then you can begin to utilize Google ads on your webpages. These ads create income determined by the number of times people click on them; they are counted for you. If you can attract the traffic to come to your site you will collect more money.

But some of people make more than others, so what is their secret? How does one person make lots of money while someone else is only making a few extra dollars? Sometimes even the people who buy the high-end, expensive key words, expecting to make high dollars end up only making an average amount. They don’t utilize the webpages that they have. Of course high SEO key wording will get you to a site, but it is the number of clicks that you want to increase because you are paid for each click.

To engage your visitor though your pages and moving between your pages is the object is called site navigation. You want to use this site navigation to your advantage and keep the reader and potential customer moving and clicking through your pages. Usually this is done with links and menus on your pages that intentionally lead the visitor to the next page and to see new ads. The idea is to engage the visitor and to keep him or her interested in viewing your site. One well placed and appropriate ad will often times do more than four ads randomly chosen and just pasted on your page.

The idea is to make your pages creative and interesting so the viewer will want to stay on your page longer. The reader then takes the time to look at everything, check out the content and then click on a link to go to another page of yours. Use attention-grabbing words for your links and menus like – Free, free stuff, free download, freebies or sale always grab attention. Everybody likes a sale or to get something for free, so you’ve got them right there. Remember there is no limit to the number of ads that Google can put on your site, so use them creatively. You could also try graphics to get your visitors attention. Photos, drawings, designs are all good but stay away from the flashing graphics. They distract from your total content and don’t add to the layout of the page. Keep your images crisp and clear. All of these tools used together will give your pages that increase the amount of income you generate from them.

My free samples page is a working example of how a successful site can utlize AdSense and use it well.
