There is a very vigorous legal system in the United States, but it is more akin to the ones in third-world banana republic’s than the one touted to be “the finest legal system in the world.” The ingredient missing in America’s legal system is justice. There is no justice in our legal system. Justice relies on integrity, ethics, fairness, equality and morals. There is precious little, if any, of that in America’s legal system.
Take a conventional case of murder where the murderer is not sitting clutching a bloody knife or a smoking pistol when the police arrive. Other than that situation they look at the crime scene and make up their mind, at that instant, who was the perpetrator of the crime. Next they spend the next days, weeks or months gathering evidence to prosecute that person. Whatever thing not pointing to that suspect as the perpetrator of the murder is dismissed. After using all the time and resources against that person the police has a vested interest in staying on that same trail no matter if evidence reveals the person did not commit the crime. A Perfect example of this is liberty The forensic employees, the medical examiner, the prosecutors and the courts all are on the side of the State. Their paychecks come from the government. To take a stand against what is being done and how it has been done takes more courage than they possess because they do not want to be the odd one out. In some cases, their employment depends on it.
Then, if someone else does come into the picture and is clearly the one that committed the crime, they then find evidence, or make up support, to embrace the person they at first selected to be a conspirator to show they haven’t wasted all the time and effort on the mistaken person. They can never be wrong, that would go contrary to everything done before or from hereafter. It would give a reason to have doubts.
Because the not guilty one has been imprisoned, the public perception is they are guilty. No one, let me say that again, no one enters a courtroom as a defendant with the assumption they are blameless. Innocent until proven guilty is the leading lie ever foisted on the American public by the court system. Not even, chiefly not, the judge has that presumption or mind-set. Judges forever and forever will lean in the direction of the prosecution. They work for the State.
Let us take a moment to look at the court system. As we know, the judge is paid, as well as the prosecution, by the State . The police and forensic employees are all State employees. That leaves the defense attorneys who are free to contest vigorously for the defendant, correct? No! They are beholding to the court, their first allegiance is as Officers of the Court. They can be on your side if you are the defendant, but they have precise rules about everything from addressing the judge to regard for the opposition, and it matters not if they know the proof is bogus and the police are untruthful or anything else they are doing to convict an innocent person. Of course, the judge can control anything he/she determines to be forbidden for the jury to hear and can sway the trial anyway they wish. All of these individuals are human, judge, prosecution, defense, police, forensics and jury. All control their prejudices how the defendant looks and acts. So we aren’t looking at a computer where anything like this would be of importance, or anything like a score that the credit companies use to determine credit worthiness The judge and prosecutors have political ambitions, police and forensics have careers to be reviewed by their superiors and dozens of other reasons that we are not privy to.
This is NOT the finest legal system in the world. American’s are propagandized, more or less from birth, that we reside in the greatest land in the world. We do not live in the most educated country in the world. We may live in the mightiest country in the world because of our weapons. Greatest is subjective, so is best, biggest, most and other adjectives like these. Because I have not resided in other countries I will withhold my judgment of whether America is the greatest country in the world.
Our prisons are crammed with people that have committed non-violent crimes, drug trafficking when they were doing their boyfriend a favor and had no clue they would get a long prison punishment if caught. Usually, the drug dealing boyfriend is still out selling drugs. This is not an anomaly, there are thousands of cases like this or comparable. Prosecutors have no morals, ethics, and sense of fairness or justice. Their interest is making a name for themselves, getting elected or reelected and/or seeking a higher office. The judges have the same interests. They defend their lack of these simple human qualities by saying it was the jury that convicted the defendant. That is a pretty thin excuse for a lack of humanity when they used all their expertise and the system to prosecute someone that is not guilty. Check here please prosecutor
If you are ever close to a major crime, your safest way is to not talk to the police or anyone else until you have a attorney counseling you. You might be as innocent as innocent can be, nevertheless anything you say can, and will, be twisted any way the police or prosecutor wants to play it. They will be looking for the easiest way, which is not the correct way, to accuse someone with the crime. After that, if they get a video of someone else committing the crime but you have been arrested for it, they will do everything in their power to still convict you. Once you have been convicted there is very little possibility you will ever be exonerated and free even if irrefutable evidence demonstrates you are innocent. The State (legal system) does not make errors. This, too, is not an anomaly. It has occured in thousands of trials.

Law enforcement arrested a California pilot for stalking his ex-girlfriend with his airplane. The man frequently flew low over the woman’s house. After some passes over the home, over a dozen neighbors called police to complain. The Concord police officer arrested the pilot Tom Huey soon after he landed the single-engine aircraft.
Sergeant Leftwich reported that they have collected complaints and been inquiring about a low-flying plane for over a year. It appears that the woman had taken out a restraining order against the man last year but it wasn’t served until recently. On suspicion of felony stalking and violating a restraining order. Huey’s being held on $155,000 bond.
This event gives stalking a new meaning. Normally, it seems like stalkers are poor and unappealing. If an individual is handsome, they are considered determined and persistent and not a stalker. Unfortunately, if you’re good looking and wealthy in this nation you can get away with a lot more. So the fact that this man was flying a plane over a woman’s house displays that he must have some money, he’s learned and most likely successful, not to mention smart.
Huey was smart in the way that he didn’t want to get in trouble by getting to close to the woman, so instead he would fly low over her house. This way cops couldn’t track him, and he could still stalk and annoy her. However, his plan didn’t work out totally.
This means he is pretty clever and that he will not give up easily. It sounds like this guy will not be happy without her and she will have a difficult time getting away from him. With any luck this guy will wake up and smell the coffee. She’s just not into him so just suck it up and move on.
Why do some people have such a challenging time taking the next step? It’s like they assume the more they’re around that person the more they will like them. Though there can be some truth in that declaration, 95 percent of the time it’s the other way around. It turns out being that the one person strongly dislikes the other the more time they spend together. They need to recall the phrase “absence makes the heart grow fonder.”
In addition, why would you even want to hang out with someone that didn’t like you back? That would be awkward, uncomfortable, and I don’t think it would do much for your confidence. I don’t know what stalkers in general are thinking, because most people want to be around other people that make them feel better not worse. So in the case of stalkers it’s quite easy. Stop tracking and keeping your eye on someone.
In its place, go out and speak with a shrink, stop stalking, and eventually maybe you can find someone that you are interested in that feels the same way about you. It’s a win-win situation for everyone involved. Get psychiatric assistance and give up stalking today!
