5 Minute Pharmaceutical Ad

My Dad & I had a good laugh at this commercial the other day about this pill that claimed could help people stop smoking, the sales pitch was 5 seconds long, the warning about how it could destroy your health, cause suicidal thoughts etc.. was about 5 minutes!

That was the funny thing, the sad thing is how these Pharmaceutical Co.’s are so profitable they can afford these 5 minute ads to pedal this junk while folks are struggling to afford health insurance.

But the really sad thing is how people are so defiant against any efforts in trying to make things right and provide help to those that need it.

Well as long as they can express their misinformed and misguided anger as a result from not acknowledging or an inability to understand why the country is in this horrid condition is all that matters right? These hypocritical fools are the same people that accuse “B. Hussein O.” of being un-American, not doing anything to help anyone. They completely ignore the facts and reasons as to why the Country is in such bad shape, mocking the President and scapegoating him for these problems, when it’s the failed policies and practices of the past that they adamantly wish to perpetuate, that caused this mess. How much failure is needed for these people to learn from these bad decisions and poor judgment calls?

Want a job?, move to India or China, that’s where George W exported them to, and gave large corporations large tax incentives for doing so. Is that American? National Security Hero?, who’s watch did 9/11 happen on and what’s the deal with a fruitless war where years later the words “Mission Accomplished” mean nothing? You say President Obama is a some kind of intellectual that doesn’t have the guts, will or strength to be our Commander in Chief?, who just sent 30,000 plus troops to try and finish a war that the last President failed to win? You say he’s all talk?, give one example of a fight or challenge he hasn’t embraced.

You want less Government? Well if the Government continued to be as incompetent and ignorant as it’s been in the past, I wouldn’t blame you! Less Government?, how much more than a failed Auto, Mortgage and Banking Industry do you need to realize what less Government yields? The Auto Industry is decades behind implementing hybrid technology. Why?, because of greed. Why? because people had to have their big fuel hogging SUV’s and so that’s what they were produced. And whom does some of this fuel consumption money end up in the hands of?, terrorists. Vicious cycle wouldn’t you say folks? Your freedoms come at a price. Wake up.

So as we destroy natural resources, fund terrorism, wonder where the jobs are, and vomit hypocritical BS about the economy, be sure to mock and scapegoat the NEW President for trying to fix this mess. Your illogical thoughts and beliefs are pathetic, truly ignorant and cowardly.

I never witnessed such an honest and good willed effort to try to help as many people as possible while trying to get our Country back on track. And you know what else is not free?, fixing the failures of a previous lack of Government.

I think less than half of the people in this country need to wake up, that’s change we could all use!

God Bless America!

Dust Control Always The Earliest To Depart When Towns Chop Operating Cost

As many town managers are trying to outlive the central bank induced monetary disaster, services for those communities are on the chopping block. Many times we take for granted the services that our taxes deliver, and whether or not you understand it, all those income taxes that you shell out are not going to these services. Those taxes set out to the secret banks that own the Federal Reserve central bank. The taxes which are utilized to preserve our state, region or city, are resultant from taxes that we forfeit while living our lives.

An illustration would be the gas tax added to every gallon of gas we buy. That cash is used to keep the roads. As soon as people travel less, the revenue from gas taxes begin to fall off considerably. At some stage we start to have diminishing returns. Such is the case when the powers that be resolve that dust control on our roads will have to be cut. Defective roads – less travel – less travel – less gas tax

The moment we seize a buck from a civilian that is productive and spend it on a non productive event, that dollar is gone forever. If we utilize that dollar for a productive event the dollar remains in the system to provide further taxes into the system again.

Now let’s return to the Road Dust question. If the town managers in control of making these decisions could search for a dust control product that will actually conserve capital instead of just moving from a proper dust control product to precious water, the long piece of the equation could deliver more to the bottom line of the balance sheet. So often, perfectly intentioned people will make decisions based on displaced knowledge. It’s not necessarily their fault but it is their duty to defeat this incapacity to compute.

With regards to dust control along with the cost of operations, if an administrator deems it too costly to make an application of a premium dust control product, they might fall back on the more common yet less efficient methods of controlling dust. The first of these being the exploitation of water for keeping the dusty soil wet. This procedure while less costly for the preliminary application, requires many applications vs. the one or two applications of the dust suppressant product.

As soon as you add the labor, fuel, time, equipment and other associated costs to deploying a water truck, you immediately understand that the water truck operations will| ultimately cost more against. the application of a good quality product. So when your well intentioned official begins hacking at his yearly budget, rather than paying for the driving school for the sightless, because its politically accepted, try giving him a lesson in road dust management and how to prevent costs.
